How will you define your moment? Your life has an expiration date, your legacy should not! Calvin offers priceless insight on how to identify your moment and fully capitalize on opportunities when they are presented. Defining your moment is about being faithful with each second God has blessed you with, not wasting time and making the most of your moment. Limited time should never be an excuse to accomplish your goals and achieve your dreams. Don’t die with untapped potential. Follow your heart before it stops beating and make the most of your moment. Calvin wants to share with your students the importance of studying abroad, capitalizing on international opportunities and adopting a global mindset. The superior student in the 21st century must be globally competitive, culturally aware and prepared to address international issues. By the time Calvin reached the age of 23, he had worked as a public  and cultural diplomacy representative in South and East Africa, represented the United States in Israel, and worked as a Youth Programs Officer at several Air Force Bases in Europe. As a 2011 Charles B. Rangel Fellow, he will continue to improve the global landscape as a Foreign Service Officer and U.S. Diplomat for the Department of State. Calvin is prepared to share international opportunities and programs available to help equip your audience with the tools to be Global Citizens!

The world is in need of courageous individuals, who have the insight, initiative, integrity and the inspiration to LEAD!!! As a former Student Body- Vice President at Florida A& M University with a population of over 13,000 students, Calvin offers wisdom and countless leadership principles that will motivate you to cultivate the necessary skills to become the leader that you are destined to be. Calvin will encourage your audience to become more effective leaders by sharing on how to adopt successful habits, develop and implement vision, and focusing- in on your special talents and skills.

“In order to fly, you must have the courage to leave the nest”. Calvin shares the importance of not allowing fear to distract you from reaching your full potential. Fear is a cancer, and if it goes undiagnosed can be a silent killer. Defeating fear is a liberating experience and when you get past negative thinking and excuses, true growth can actually take place. Courage is not the absence of fear; it is the awareness of fear and the will to overcome .  Once you are aware of how to deal with fear accordingly, you are in the best position to define your moment and make your impact on the world!
